Laura~ Please! You are family and this is what one does for family so there are no ‘thank you’s’ required. I was glad to have you for one more day! The boys were always asking “where is Laura?” while you were here. They loved having you in our home. It was a wonderful week for us and got us both on track with our work. I have been super productive in the studio since you have been here. We always say this, but- we need to see each other more often! Looking forward to hearing how your collaborative work comes together with Michelle.

Awww Laura. Sorry about your back and you were such a trooper too! The FUSION event was so much fun and I was glad that we were able to dance a little. Thanks for posting the pictures of my models. They were great! You said your back was going to regret it but you powered through the whole night. I’m glad you had fun and I am very proud of your tenacity!! I am THRILLED that you are coming. I need some Laura time!! Congrats on the solo show. That is big! Yes, you do have a lot on your plate, but you always do. I am dreaming of ideas for us to make some art when you come. I am in a place of needing some advice on how to proceed with my current work. Perfect timing for you to come here. We are definitely going to walk on the beach because the weather is beautiful….or lounge with a drink!

I couldn’t agree more. It breaks my heart to see so much hate from someone. We always prove as a country to pull together when events like this happen and I expect no less from my neighbors around the corner, around the state, and around the country. I DO believe there are more good people than bad. It is just that the good deeds don’t get this much attention. I will continue to spread kindness, however small, just as you are and everyone else who is reading this right now. Together.
